Main responsibilities:
• Develop and execute features from concept to release; • Collaborate with product, designers, game designers, and devs to bring ideas to life; • Optimize user experience and game mechanics based on data insights; • Document and present design solutions to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in game design; • Proven track record of creating features from idea to release; • Ability to analyze data and conduct user research; • Highly self-organized and able to work autonomously; • Strong prototyping and UX/UI design skills.
Nice to have:
• Experience with analytics tools (Grafana, Amplitude, GameAnalytics, etc.); • Knowledge of mobile game retention and monetization mechanics; • Familiarity with Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or crypto-based game mechanics; • Unity.
