Ciklum is looking for a Senior C/ C++ Software Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Senior C/ C++ Software Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities: * Design and research high-performance lightweight network security monitoring and deception solution * Develop Guardiсore back-end and agents from the ground up, design distributed communication applications with an extremely low footprint * Work with a myriad of operating systems * Tackle new weave performance and scale issues, running on production servers in a state-of-the-art data-center, including cutting-edge technologies such as containerized and serverless environments * Be a part of a professional team working on varied projects in a dynamic working environment
Requirements: * At least 4 years of experience with C or C++ * Experience working with multithreaded applications * Experience working with Linux/Unix-like systems * Deep knowledge of the networking stack and socket programming — a big advantage * Network security — FW, IPS, Attacks (DDoS, Replay, MITM) — a big advantage
Desirable: * Python knowledge * Previous experience working on security-based projects * Background in reverse engineering (e.g. work with IDA, WinDBG) * B.Sc. in computer science or related degree
