Itera Ukraine, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, is looking for the talented and highly motivated Accountant to work in Kyiv office or remotely and visit office from time to time.
Responsibilities: * Posting bank statements in 1C BAS CORP (including currency statements) * Drawing up personnel orders (hiring, dismissal, vacation, transfer, staffing). * Filling out employee personal cards. * Drawing up accounting of working hours of full-time employees (timesheet). * Preparing invoices, acts of services provided for rent. * Drawing up and registering tax invoices in terms of tax liability (rent, sale of OZ). * OZ valuation: preparing information for valuation (table, photo); forming invoices, expense and tax invoices for the sale of valued assets; contact with buyers, payment/signature control. * Preparation and submission of statistical reporting 3—debt, 9-ZEZ, 10-ZEZ, 1-services (monthly, quarterly, annual). * Conducting the receipt of goods, services and control of the availability of documents in the 1C BAS CORP program. * Sending, receiving correspondence by mail (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta). * Assistance to the Chief Accountant in preparing documents for submission of criticality, passing an audit to confirm the residency of Diya City. * Control over receivables and payables, reconciliation acts.
Requirements: * Higher education (accounting, economics, finance) * Work experience as an accountant for at least 3 years * Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework for accounting and tax accounting * Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting of LLCs on the general taxation system + VAT, requirements for drawing up primary documents. * Knowledge of currency legislation * Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office, MS Excel, 1C BAS CORP, M.E.D.O.C, Vchasno. * Experience working with the client-bank system * English — Intermediate+
