We are looking for a service-oriented Scrum Master who empowers the team to become the best version of itself rather than simply managing it. You create transparency and focus in every sprint, ensuring everyone understands the current state and direction of the work.
You foster a culture of trust, openness, and mutual support, where mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn rather than failures. Acting as a coach rather than a manager, you help the team grow in maturity and autonomy.
You collaborate closely with the PMO to align processes, share insights, and scale best practices across the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
— Facilitating key Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement), ensuring each meeting has a clear purpose, focus, and outcome;
— Practices Scrum, explaining its principles, roles, and artifacts to the team not as a formality, but as the foundation of effective collaboration, while helping both the team and PMO align processes and standards across the organization;
— Support the Product Owners by helping structure the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure stories are sprint-ready;
— Keeps the team focused on the Sprint Goal, motivating them, creating a distraction-free environment, and maintaining high productivity levels;
— Proactively identifies and removes impediments, anything that could reduce the team’s speed, quality, or morale.
— Ensures process transparency, aligning metrics (velocity, capacity, burn-down) with PMO standards, so the company gains real delivery insights not just for reporting, but for understanding and improvement;
— Builds a culture of trust, openness, and continuous improvement where everyone feels safe to speak up and influence team outcomes;
— Balances collaboration with external stakeholders, ensuring the team has the space for focused work and constructive communication;
— Acts as a coach, mentor, and partner helping the team grow in maturity, self-organization, and effectiveness sprint by sprint, while supporting the PMO in enhancing standards and scaling best practices across the organization.
Skills you’ll apply:
— 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in cross-functional IT teams and understand how to build strong connections between the team, PMO, and the business;
— Deep sense of Agile culture, not only familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, but you can adapt them to the real needs of the team and balance the team’s adaptability with the structure supported by the PMO;
— Skilled at facilitating, communicating, and resolving conflicts in a way that helps people reach a shared solution rather than just a compromise;
— Confidently work with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro — making processes transparent, not bureaucratic;
— Knowledge of metrics (velocity, lead time, WIP) and turning them into improvements rather than just reports;
— Understanding of the technical side of development, from CI/CD to QA or DevOps, or at least can communicate effectively with engineers in their language.
Bonus points:
— Having CSM or PSM I/II certifications is a plus, but for us, practical thinking and hands-on experience are more important.
