We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take over and elevate our marketing efforts. Over the past few years, Sprinterra has built a solid foundation in digital marketing, brand visibility, and outreach. Now it’s time to strengthen that foundation — enhance strategy, scale lead generation, improve processes, and boost marketing ROI.
This is a key role in shaping Sprinterra’s go-to-market engine. You’ll step into a well-functioning system, optimize and scale it further, introduce better processes, manage partnerships and vendors, and directly impact growth. You’ll also have the space and support to bring new ideas and build a strong marketing function around you.
What you’ll be doing: Own and evolve Sprinterra’s marketing strategy from positioning and content to campaigns and performance tracking. * Lead and optimize marketing channels: LinkedIn, website, email, partner platforms. * Manage performance marketing: LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO (with internal and external experts). * Oversee content production — including case studies, webinars, videos, blog posts, newsletters, and thought leadership. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to launch lead generation campaigns, define ICPs, build nurturing flows, and qualify leads. * Choose and manage the best-fit vendors and tools (SEO agencies, content creators, automation, analytics). * Coordinate marketing support for industry events (e.g., Acumatica Summit) — branding, materials, and follow-up. * Ensure consistent company tone and messaging across all channels in collaboration with delivery and partner teams. * Over time, lead and grow a small team, maintaining a high-performance, collaborative culture.
You’re a great fit if you have: * 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT outsourcing, software development, or SaaS. * Proven expertise in lead generation, content strategy, and digital campaign execution. * Deep understanding of performance marketing tools and analytics. * Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. * A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — you’re proactive and results-driven. * Experience working directly with senior leadership (CEO, Sales, Delivery). * Excellent skills for internal and external communication (English). * Knowledge of the ERP world (Acumatica or others) will be a plus.
