Main areas of work: * Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer. * Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems. * CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones. * Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data. * Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Responsibilities: * Own and evolve the platform used by multiple partners and brands (B2B2C model) * Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing scalability, customization needs, and technical feasibility * Act as the main product point of contact for multiple B2B clients and internal stakeholders * Facilitate prioritization and alignment discussions with partners and internal teams * Transform the partner’s business goals and brand requirements into clear product requirements * Lead build-vs-buy evaluations: assess whether new capabilities should be developed in-house or integrated via 3rd parties * Monitor and analyze platform performance, usage metrics, and player behavior to identify opportunities and gaps * Define success criteria for features and track post-release impact across brands
Requirements: * 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in gambling, gaming, or fintech platforms * Proven experience building and scaling B2B2C or white-label platforms * Strong understanding of product lifecycle, platform architecture, and multi-tenant systems * Experience with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) * Familiarity with gambling platform components (e.g., user accounts, bonus system, game integrations, sportsbook, compliance) * English proficiency — C1/C2 level
