We’re looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join an international AI-driven company that builds innovative solutions for customer interaction automation. The platform helps large B2B organizations, mainly in the financial sector, meet regulatory requirements, enhance customer experience, and improve the efficiency of sales and support teams. Responsibilities: * Review and analyze business and technical requirements. * Write and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and release test plans. * Perform functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing. * Work with GET, POST, UPDATE, and DELETE requests via Postman or Swagger. * Analyze logs using Coralogix, Splunk, and Grafana to identify and troubleshoot issues. * Use DevTools for debugging and validating frontend/backend interactions. * Participate in feature testing and validation under feature flag setups. * Collaborate with developers, BAs, POs, and designers to ensure quality at every stage. * Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. * Analyze test results and contribute to QA process improvements.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in web manual testing. * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC. * Proficiency with SQL (SELECT, JOINs, parameters). * Experience testing backend APIs (Postman, Swagger, AWS). * Ability to analyze logs via Coralogix, Splunk, or Grafana. * Confident in using browser DevTools. * Experience with autotest execution and analysis. * Solid understanding of feature flag principles. * Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset. * Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude. * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have: * Experience working in AI-driven or B2B enterprise environments. * Familiarity with the financial domain or regulatory compliance solutions. * Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
