We’re looking for a Trainee HR Manager who’s eager to grow in HR and contribute to creating an engaging, supportive workplace. You’ll learn how to manage key people processes — from onboarding and team support to learning and development — and take part in building a strong company culture together with the PeopleOps team.
Responsibilities * Onboarding & Offboarding — ensure smooth integration and exit processes. * One-to-One & Team Support — regular check-ins, career guidance, and engagement initiatives. * L&D & People Development — manage learning programs, individual PDPs, workshops, and overall team development. * Documentation & Handbook Management — maintain all internal documentation, chart files, and employee handbooks. * Cross-Team & Manager Collaboration — coordinate with teams, managers, and departments; support HR processes and manage people-related risks. * External Partners — engage speakers and partners for learning and team development. * Analytics & Surveys — collect, analyze, and report team metrics to inform development initiatives. * Culture & Employer Brand — drive initiatives enhancing engagement, team culture, and employer branding.
