— Collaborate with art directors, PMs, and devs for reviews, feedback, and delivery;
— Participate in project scoping, estimate timelines, and track hours for monthly payments; — Support developers during handoff to ensure accurate implementation;
— Create scalable, flexible designs across multiple styles and industries. What We’re Looking For — 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or freelance background preferred);
— Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI, web, and branding work; — Fluency in English (B2+ or higher);
— Excellent understanding of marketing principles and user conversion flows; — Advanced Figma knowledge, including component libraries and dev handoff techniques;
— Ability to design in multiple styles or establish a new visual direction when needed;
— Reliable time estimation and ability to work autonomously in remote teams; — Experience with design systems (a plus). Working conditions: — Paid monthly based on approved hours logged;
— Opportunities for long-term collaboration and steady project flow;
