Responsibilities * Customer acquisition. * Participation in the process of systemic lead generation and sales activities of the company; * Support and processing on new and existing sales channels and sales sources; * Participation in the process of pre-sales and sales activities; * Lead validation, requirements gathering * Clarification of the client’s requirements (problems) and conducting sales activities (closing deals); * Conclusion of transactions and support of the process of entering the project/client; * Creation of commercial offers; * Account management out upselling and cross-selling events for new and existing company clients. * Work on a clear track of Sales plans , sales metrix and KPIs: leads worked, calls, offers, offer value sent, deals won, new clients, revenue.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in IT sales; * Proven experience in closing deals with the ability to present * Proven technology knowledge (service, service lines, product) * High level of English (Upper-intermediate); * Experience in closing deals on outsourcing and outstaffing models * Experience in selling projects/solutions of web development and eCommerce; * Experience in selling solutions for eCommerce (web, mobile); * Experience with B2B and B2C segments. * The presence of closed deals from at least 3 different sales channels (with the ability to demonstrate results); * Would be a plus RoadShow Experience * Experience of Work trips and offline sales. * Will Be a Plus: * Knowledge of the German language; * Successful experience of sales activities in a particular region or country; * Experience in selling solutions and services based on CMS Magento, WordPress; * Successful sales experience in several channels; * The ability to design and implement a sales funnel using various sales tools. * We Offer: * In-house tech talks & knowledge sharing; * Remote work; * Ability to participate in RoadShows and conferences ; * Flexible and negotiable working schedule; * Paid sick leaves, vacations, days off; * Growth plan and bonuses for additional responsibilities/activities; * Fair compensation that scales with your skills;
