We are now looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist who will not only help us attract top talent but also support our team members throughout their journey.
Requirements: * Proven HR experience (onboarding, offboarding, performance follow-ups, HR processes, people support). * Previous success in building and managing remote teams. * Background in recruitment (preferably marketing and tech-related roles). * Both written and spoken English at Advanced or Fluent level. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to implement and use HR tools, automation, documentation. * Process-oriented mindset: structured, detail-oriented, proactive. * Creativity in building team spirit and culture (events, activities, engagement). * Ability to balance both HR responsibilities and recruitment tasks when needed.
Responsibilities: * Handle onboarding & offboarding professionally. * Conduct regular 1:1s, monthly talks, and team check-ins. * Build and maintain a strong corporate culture and team spirit. * Set up and improve HR operational processes (documentation, policies, sick leave exports, guides, KPI tracking). * Support team growth and performance through KPIs and development tracking. * Actively participate in recruitment and headhunting when required. * Keep accurate HR and recruitment data management. * Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement new tools.
