Location: Remote
What you’ll be doing: — Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing to offer stage — Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates — Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including for international markets (US, EU) — Screen candidates for cultural and role fit, and support hiring decisions with clear, structured feedback — Apply diverse sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals — Keep our ATS up-to-date and contribute to recruitment reporting — Proactively build talent pools for high-demand or recurring roles
Requirements: -1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency) — Strong sourcing and interviewing skills — Solid understanding of the tech talent market and industry trends — Excellent communication and negotiation skills — English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
Nice to have: — Experience working with outstaff or outsourcing companies — Experience in international hiring (especially US and EU markets)
