If you’re already familiar with the healthcare or therapy field, that’s a huge plus — the audience consists of healthcare professionals working in the fields of speech, physical and occupational therapy. Requirements * Excellent written English and confident use of Facebook, Reddit, US job boards(understanding how to post and comment effectively in relevant communities is the key). * Relevant experience with posting on professional job boards * Familiarity with healthtech or the therapy field (experience in healthcare is a plus). * Experience working with online communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit). * Creative thinking, empathy, and a good sense of humor (you’ll be talking to therapists). * Self-organization, proactivity, and comfort with asynchronous work.
Responsibilities * Engage with therapists and healthcare professionals on Facebook/IG, Reddit, and US job boards. * Engage in thoughtful and helpful conversations under relevant posts to spark dialogue and grow brand awareness — we’ll provide scripts. * Monitor professional groups and trending topics to join timely discussions. * Support the hiring team by suggesting ideas for visual or community-driven content. * Maintain our brand tone: friendly, smart, and slightly humorous.
