Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, and operational roles across the gaming and casino verticals. * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment strategies, and candidate profiles. * Conduct structured and competency-based interviews to assess both technical and behavioral fit. * Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles. * Provide insights on hiring trends, market data, and recruitment best practices in the iGaming industry. * Collaborate with HR to enhance employer branding and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements: * 4+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the iGaming/Casino. * Experience recruiting in international markets * Strong understanding of roles across game development (engineering, design, art, marketing, operations, etc.). * Proven ability to conduct competency-based/behavioral interviews. * Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools. * Fluent English (both written and spoken).
