We’re looking for a Middle Java Developer to join our partner’s growing backend team — a strong, product-focused company building next-gen iGaming platforms used across Europe.
This is a chance to work on new services from scratch, take part in key architectural decisions, and own the results together with a cross-functional team.
What you’ll do * Develop new backend services from scratch. * Take an active part in making architectural and technical decisions. * Resolve technical challenges and contribute to improving overall product scalability. * Collaborate closely with other developers, DevOps, and QA in an agile environment.
What we expect * 3+ years of commercial experience with Java (17+). * 1+ years of experience with microservice architecture. * Solid understanding of microservice design patterns and distributed systems. * Practical experience with Spring Boot, Postgres, and Kafka. * Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes environments. * A proactive, result-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to have: * Experience in gRPC, gambling, or payment system integrations.
