We’re looking for a proactive Email Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing multi-channel email campaigns that engage leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions for our IT and AI services. Responsibilities — Plan and execute B2B email campaigns (outbound, nurturing, and retention). — Build and maintain segmented contact lists in CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.). — Write and A/B test engaging email copy and subject lines tailored to different ICPs. — Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign goals. — Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversions) and suggest improvements. — Manage automation workflows and ensure deliverability best practices. Requirements — 1+ year of experience in email marketing or B2B outreach. — Solid understanding of cold email strategy, personalization, and sequencing. — Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or Lemlist. — Strong English writing skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher). — Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret analytics. — Basic understanding of ICP definition and lead segmentation. Nice to Have — Experience in IT, SaaS, or agency environments. — Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM integrations. — Knowledge of A/B testing tools and deliverability monitoring. — Understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, and sales funnels. — Experience working in an Agile or startup team setup.
