WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON * Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans * Performing hands-on manual and automated testing (Python) * Actively collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles * Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflows * Proactively solving testing-related challenges and ensuring product quality * Not only distributing tasks but also directly participating in day-to-day testing activities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE * At least 3-4 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python) * Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing * Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic * Strong experience in performance and load testing * Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing * Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting) * Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes * Good communication skills in English and russian.
