We’re looking for true PHP Fullstack contributors. There’s no hard split, but many of our current engineers lean slightly backend, so a backend-strong profile is perfectly fine as long as they’re comfortable owning pieces across the stack. About: We’re building an IT asset management platform which simplifies hardware deployment, management, and retrieval with fast, reliable deliveries in 100+ countries. Responsibilities: * Ship product features end-to-end, fix bugs, and tackle technical improvements; * Collaborate closely with product/design and peers to deliver increments reliably; * For senior candidates: lead cross-team initiatives, raise the engineering bar, and mentor other developers.
Requirements: * 8+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and React; * Skilled in building applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8; * Strong focus on UI/UX quality and design aesthetics; * Demonstrated success leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers; * Committed to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD best practices; * Experienced in mentoring and guiding the professional development of other engineers; * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience; * At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
Would be a plus: * Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other tools user in DevOps.
