We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support testing, validation, and quality control for systems that digitize and automate methodologies through structured data and workflow configurations. The QA Engineer will help ensure the stability, accuracy, and reliability of both internal and client-facing applications through a combination of manual and automated testing approaches.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical testing skills who can work across development, business analysis, and automation teams to confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities * Design and execute test plans and test cases for backend services, APIs, and configuration-driven applications. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. * Validate structured data workflows, schema configurations, and integrations with external systems. * Perform regression and integration testing as part of continuous delivery processes. * Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. * Document test results and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and releases. * Participate in sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and team discussions to align on testing priorities and quality metrics.
Required Skills * 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or automation testing. * Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. * Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent). * Familiarity with TypeScript / JavaScript and API testing tools such as Postman. * Understanding of JSON / YAML data formats and schema validation. * Ability to document test steps clearly and communicate findings effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience testing configuration-driven or workflow-based systems (e.g., Guardian’s policy workflow engine). * Familiarity with CI/CD environments and test integration pipelines. * Knowledge of distributed or blockchain systems is a plus. * Exposure to data validation, sustainability, or clean-tech software domains.
