PROJECT OVERVIE We’re looking for an Engagement Manager who is client-obsessed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of client engagements — from presales and discovery through successful delivery — ensuring we consistently deliver value and build long-term partnerships.
The role involves managing client engagements across the entire project lifecycle, from presales and discovery to successful delivery, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering consistent value. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL * Drive the presales process in close collaboration with Sales and Delivery. * Facilitate estimation sessions. * Prepare tailored proposals and responses to RFPs that align with client business goals. * Facilitate and manage discovery phases and enabling consulting engagements. * Identify business challenges and define high-level solution approaches. * Collaborate with technical team to craft meaningful recommendations and artifacts. * Act as the main point of contact for customer engagement once the project starts. * Partner with Delivery and Project Managers to ensure project execution aligns with agreed scope, quality, and timelines. * Proactively address risks, client concerns, and change management needs * Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support go-to-market and growth initiatives. * Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing activities.
IF YOU ARE * Proven experience in a customer-facing role in IT consulting, software development, or technology services. * Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and typical client engagement models. * Demonstrated ability to lead client discussions, manage expectations, and build trust. * Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and follow-through. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
NICE TO HAVE * Experience facilitating solution workshops or discovery phases with clients. * Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or other hands-on project experience. * Familiarity with modern software architecture, cloud, or enterprise solutions.
