Main areas of work: * Game Development — driving the end-to-end engineering process for innovative, engaging, and mathematically precise games tailored to global markets. * Mechanics & Player Experience — overseeing the creation of core gameplay logic and features that maximize engagement and retention while also leading the development of back office admin panels for game configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency. * Data-Driven Game Design — implementing analytics and big data solutions to measure player behavior, guide feature development, and improve monetization strategies. * Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably in high-load or SaaS products). * Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with SAFe methodology. * Understanding of infrastructure and CI/CD processes (AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring). * Strong knowledge of SDLC and release lifecycle. * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. * English: Intermediate (B1) or higher. * Technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities: * We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate two Java development teams (Scrum) and infrastructure team (System Administrators, Network Engineers, Helpdesk — Kanban). * The PM will operate within the SAFe framework, participating in PI planning and all related agile ceremonies to ensure synchronization across development and infrastructure streams. * The focus of the role is effective delivery management, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement of release processes in a high-load platform environment.
