The Client Acquisition Manager (CAM) plays a key role in launching and managing INSART’s client acquisition service for startup clients.
This position combines strategic coordination, project management, and performance oversight to ensure successful delivery of acquisition campaigns that help startups secure new clients, leads, and contracts.
The CAM works closely with the Head of Growth and Projects’ Account Managers to design, launch, and manage acquisition projects — from defining processes and selecting external lead generation partners to overseeing execution, performance tracking, and reporting of tangible results.
More information about us — [meet INSART] Role Responsibilities * Build the Client Acquisition Service delivery model from scratch — define structure, workflow, and partner ecosystem. * Identify and engage potential lead generation agencies or teams for cooperation. * Define project plans, KPIs, and reporting standards for client acquisition engagements. * Manage daily operations of acquisition campaigns (planning, tracking, feedback loops). * Participate in projects setup for new clients/startups * Coordinate with Account Managers to align acquisition activities with client’s goals. * Oversee partner performance and optimize acquisition strategies for better results. * Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for service delivery. * Ensure clear communication with clients and showcase results through monthly and quarterly reports. * Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to refine acquisition frameworks.
Role Requirements * 3+ years in project coordination or lead generation/digital marketing agencies project management, ideally in B2B or startup ecosystems. * Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). * Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements. * Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have: * Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or startup environments is a strong plus. * Experience working with lead generation teams or B2B acquisition teams. * Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven marketing metrics.
