We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support specialist to join our team.
Requirements: * Confident English proficiency (technical documentation, chat communication, understanding incident reports). * Solid technical background (basic understanding of servers, networks, monitoring systems, web infrastructure). * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, IT operations, DevOps, or related roles. * Attention to detail, reliability, stress tolerance, and discipline. * Ability to follow procedures and accurately document incidents. * Ability to work flexible hours, including different shifts when required.
Nice to Have: * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.). * Basic diagnostic skills (SSH, log analysis, ping/traceroute, service checks). * Understanding of CI/CD processes, web servers (Nginx, Apache), and basic SQL queries. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Chat, or similar tools. * Experience with PagerDuty incident management platform.
Key Responsibilities: * Continuous monitoring of system dashboards (services, infrastructure, networks, key business systems). * Prompt reaction to alerts and incidents, escalation to relevant teams (DevOps, backend, frontend, QA). * Tracking and triaging incoming requests on task boards and in communication channels (Jira, Google Chat, etc.). * Providing initial assistance within the scope of granted access and technical competence. * Maintaining a shift log and handing over all relevant information to the next shift. * Keeping internal instructions and incident response checklists up to date.
