Strategic executive leader responsible for building and executing a comprehensive people strategy that enables business growth, strengthens company culture, and ensures a world-class experience for distributed teams. This role focuses on aligning business goals with people initiatives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and connected culture across remote and hybrid environments.
What You’ll Be Driving: — Designing and executing a people strategy aligned with business objectives. — Defining and tracking key People KPIs on performance, engagement, and retention. — Using HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions on capacity, productivity, and costs. — Acting as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping remote and hybrid work models. — Building an agile organizational structure that supports distributed and cross-functional teams. — Collaborating with Finance and Operations on global hiring, capacity, and scalability. — Ensuring clarity of roles, ownership, and communication across remote teams. — Building a unified, value-driven culture and fostering belonging in remote environments. — Implementing continuous feedback loops through surveys, reviews, and 1:1s. — Designing recognition, wellbeing, and community initiatives to sustain engagement. — Establishing a global performance management system (KPI, OKR, 360, PDP). — Developing leadership and learning programs for distributed managers and teams. — Overseeing L&D through digital platforms and virtual academies. — Scaling and optimizing global recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience. — Defining and promoting a strong Employer Value Proposition and remote employer brand. — Creating transparent, equitable Compensation & Benefits frameworks across regions. — Conducting salary benchmarking and ensuring pay equity globally. — Leading efficient, automated HR operations (HRIS, ATS, documentation, compliance). — Ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes and compliance with local laws.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit: — 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ in executive or strategic people role; — Proven record of building and scaling HR functions in remote and multinational environments; — Strong expertise in modern HR tech, digital collaboration tools, and remote workforce practices; — Deep experience in compensation strategy, talent development, and organizational design across geographies; — Skilled in developing and executing long-term, data-driven people strategies aligned with business goals; — Adept at workforce planning, anticipating future talent needs, and adapting to market trends; — Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to company performance and KPIs; — Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and influencing strategic decisions through insight and impact; — Proven ability to design and scale leadership development and succession planning programs; — Experienced in leading culture transformation and managing organizational change effectively; — Strong project management skills for executing complex people and organizational initiatives; — Focused on operational excellence through scalable recruitment, learning, and performance systems; — Skilled in optimizing HR processes through digitalization and automation; — Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action; — Trusted advisor and influencer with success driving company-wide initiatives through collaboration; — Empathetic and inspiring leader with a track record of developing high-performing, accountable teams; — Committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and performance excellence; — Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
