Hi there!We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich — a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets. We’re looking for a Middle CRM Specialist — a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will take ownership of multi-projects CRM communications and help us drive engagement, retention, and revenue through smart cross-sale strategies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love analyzing user behavior, and know how to turn data into personalized communication flows — this role is for you! Your main responsibilities: * Execute multi-projects communications with audience segmentation and personalization. * Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and analysts for campaign materials and stats collection. * Plan and execute A/B tests, track the impact, and quickly apply the learnings. * Plan and run multi-channel communications (email, push, in-app, SMS, pop-up). * Set up trigger-based CRM flows. * Analyze campaign performance and effectiveness (ROMI, retention, etc.). * Conduct competitor and market research.
What we expect from you: * Experience with email marketing, SMS, web-push, and pop-ups. * Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Customer.io or similar). * Hands-on experience creating bonuses, campaign logic, and promo flows in a gaming product. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Experience in launching trigger chains (ranks, emails), understanding the logic of building communications and their implementation. * Experience with SoftSwiss (SS) will be an advantage. * Autonomy — ability to perform tasks independently without constant supervision. * Proactivity & initiative — willingness to offer new ideas, actions, and approaches.
