Barbara Bang is looking for an HR Generalist who will support the daily functions of the Human Resource department including benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
As we have just started rising, the position requires your support in all HR and Administrative matters. If you are interested in helping build everything from scratch, it’s faith :)
The HR Generalist will work closely with and report to the HR Director.
As HR Generalist you will:
— Support managers and teams in the adaptation process of newcomers.
— Support HR Director in implementing HR strategy.
— Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
— Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees, exit interviews, and 360-degree feedback sessions.
— Promote HR programs to create an efficient and transparent workplace.
— Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and recommending strategies to motivate employees.
— Conduct regular employee risk and attrition review meetings with managers to identify potential retention risks and develop mitigation strategies.
— Lead 1:1 engagement meetings with employees to assess motivation, satisfaction, and alignment with company goals.
— Design, implement, and analyze employee engagement surveys (e.g., Gallup Q12 and other tools) to measure engagement levels and drive data-based improvement actions.
— Follow up on engagement analytics, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and prepare executive presentations and dashboards for leadership and board review.
— Track and update employees’ vacation days, absences, and other HR-related data.
— Introduce newcomers to the teams online, ensuring smooth integration.
— Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, including absences, and offer solutions to arising issues.
— Provide ad-hoc administrative support for HR matters necessary for business operations.
— Arrange online corporate events, team gatherings, and L&D activities, including knowledge sharings, birthdays, events, merchandise, and presents.
Requirements:
— Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 1-2 years in IT/or 2-3 years in HR management/not IT.
— English upper-intermediate (ability to create and manage HR documentation in English).
— Experience in implementing and developing policies and procedures.
— Experience conducting onboarding, offboarding, and 1:1 meetings.
— Presentation skills or a willingness to work with presentations
— Excellent communication and people skills.
— Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Would be nice to have:
— Experience with implementing HRIS systems.
— Experience in the iGaming industry and its understanding. Applicants without experience in iGaming are also welcome to apply.
— Experience with these tools: Confluence, Miro, Canva.
