Your tasks * Developing dedicated solutions based on the Atlassian platform to support the work of users * Assessing functional and non-functional requirements for feasibility * Collaborating with the Business * Configuring of Jira, Confluence and other tools according to requirements and expectations * Participating in the process of offering solutions to Sii clients * Co-creating and developing of a dedicated department dealing with Atlassian products in partnership with Atlassian
Requirements * Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence from the implementation and administration side, supported by participation in implementation projects * Experience working with cloud instances * Minimum of 4 years’ experience implementing and configuring Atlassian products * Ability to translate business requirements into configuration * Knowledge of the software development process * Ability to design processes and describe them (understanding of the processes being implemented, ability to design and describe processes) * Tax Residence in Ukraine is required * Fluency in the Ukrainian language * Good verbal and written English skills * Certification with Atlassian products
Nice-to-have requirements * Experience with other Atlassian tools beyond those listed above (Jira Servicedesk, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crucible, and others) * Ability and familiarity with the use of BPMN or equivalent notation * Previous work with Data Center versions * Working knowledge of version control systems (GIT preferred), Linux family operating systems, ScriptRunner add-on and GROOVY (or other scripting language) to create customizations in JIRA and Confluence
