What You’ll Do * Design and deploy AI-powered solutions for real-time sales workflow automation. * Build MVPs, PoCs, and experimental prototypes using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal models. * Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to turn research ideas into production-grade features. * Continuously explore new frameworks, tools, and techniques to boost model performance and efficiency. * Contribute to a culture of experimentation, ownership, and technical excellence.
What You Bring * Strong Python skills and deep understanding of LLMs / Transformers architecture. * Experience with LangChain. * Experience building or optimizing RAG pipelines, ReAct agents, or custom LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.). * Practical knowledge of FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Data streaming (Kafka). * A visible track record of ML work — GitHub repos, Kaggle profile, or research papers. * A product-oriented mindset — you love shipping solutions that make users’ lives easier.
Nice to Have * MLOps. * SaaS or B2B product background. * Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or active engagement in AI communities.
