We’re scaling globally and looking for a curious, driven Inbound SDR to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, turning inbound interest into qualified opportunities and helping us grow even faster.
What you’ll do: * Handle inbound leads from HubSpot, website chats, and other channels * Qualify prospects, identify their needs, and pass hot leads to Sales Executives * Improve MQL → SQL conversion rates by asking the right questions and moving fast * Write high-quality messages, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls * Track and organize all activities in CRM * Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and lead flows
What we’re looking for: * Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher) * Curiosity to understand customers and solve their pain points * Ability to write clear, engaging messages and think fast under pressure * Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple leads at once * Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a plus (but not required!) * A startup mindset — proactive, resourceful, and hungry to learn
