Target Sales Market: USA & Canada
WOW24-7is a #1 Ranked Customer Support Outsourcing company (BPO), based in the US with Service delivery centers across the USA, SE Asia, LatAm & Eastern Europe.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Sales team as SDRs or BDRs, or Appointment Setters with appointment-setting experience for Customer Support Outsourcing services, 100% Remote or Hybrid.
Important Note: We will only consider candidates with experience setting appointments for customer service, contact center, and CX outsourcing services or CX SaaS Solutions to C-level and Director Level in Operations and CX.
You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for the BPO itself through strategic outreach, cold-calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a top-rated boutique BPO company.
Key Responsibilities: * Proactively generate appointments and qualified leads through cold-calling and targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns. * Omnichannel outbound campaigns. * Research and understand prospects’ needs to tailor outreach and effectively communicate WOW24-7’s value proposition. * Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team with decision-makers (Customer Experience, Operations, and contact Center executives) in the target industries. * Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate and timely information. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize outreach strategies. * Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including meetings booked and leads generated. * Work during the US Business hours / Eastern Time.
Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR, Appointment Setter role, not just within the BPO industry, but most importantly, setting appointments with leads interested in customer service outsourcing. * Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving quotas. * Great cold-calling skills. * Near-native English level. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, Reply.io, etc. * Extensive use of AI for hyperpersonalization. * Strong understanding of outbound lead generation strategies and techniques effective in the BPO industry. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
