1 Product Manager driving the vision, roadmap, and priorities

Your future challenges
As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will take on a founding role in building this application from scratch. Your challenges will include: * Shaping the architecture and technical stack of a greenfield AI-driven web app * Translating ambitious product ideas into production-ready features * Partnering closely with backend engineers to define clear API contracts for AI services * Solving novel technical problems, from real-time data visualization to seamless human-AI interactions * Balancing speed of delivery with long-term scalability and performance * Setting engineering standards and mentoring less experienced developers * Acting as a thought partner to the Product Manager in exploring “what’s possible” with modern AI technologies.

Impact you will make * Develop responsive, scalable UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) * Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs * Partner with UX/UI designers to translate designs into seamless user experiences * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React apps
Skills we are looking for * At least 4 years of experience as a Front-end Developer, preferably in a tech environment * Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus) * Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript * Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture * Expertise in React.js and state management * Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews) * Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development * Experience with testing frameworks * Knowledge of Docker/docker-compose and basic CI/CD processes * Performance optimization skills: profiling JS/React apps, identifying bottlenecks, keeping apps fast
