What will you be responsible for * Design and produce engaging video and visual content for Clario apps (iOS and Android) and new mobile products, primarily using AI creative tools. * Collaborate daily with the marketing team to discuss acquisition results, marketing metrics, and campaign performance. Bring fresh ideas and AI-driven approaches to improve results. * Work side by side with Creative Producer on high-performing creatives. * Analyze campaign data to understand how your AI-generated content impacts performance and apply insights for continuous improvement. * Develop variations of successful creatives based on analytics and testing.
What you need for this position * Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated creative content. * Passion for working with AI tools for creative production and experimentation. * Understanding of marketing metrics and performance-driven design (an advantage). * Ability to turn concepts into results quickly, test hypotheses, and adapt based on data. * Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Photoshop, Figma). * Highly self-organized with strong time management skills. * Data- and result-driven mindset.
