About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and grow Testomat.io’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
You’ll shape how our brand engages with QA and developer communities, create content that educates and inspires, and drive steady, meaningful audience growth — aiming for 10k+ followers per channel based on current baselines.
This role suits someone who’s autonomous and organized, able to plan and deliver projects independently without micromanagement. You’re curious and detail-oriented, constantly exploring new ideas, formats, and opportunities for engagement. Above all, you’re proactive and results-oriented — someone who turns creative ideas into measurable impact.
If you understand how SaaS and developer-tool brands communicate, love data-driven storytelling, and enjoy experimenting with new content formats, this role is for you. ✅ Responsibilities * Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok * Create and publish engaging content — posts, visuals, and short videos — showcasing product features, use cases, and updates * Build and grow Testomat.io’s social presence with a goal of expanding audiences * Strengthen brand awareness and credibility within tech, QA, and developer communities through consistent, valuable content * Collaborate closely with product and content teams to align social media efforts with launches and ongoing campaigns * Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies for reach, engagement, and conversion * Engage with the audience — respond to comments, join discussions, and maintain an authentic, professional brand voice
Requirements * 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing for B2B SaaS, IT, or DevTools products * Proven track record of growing audiences on LinkedIn and YouTube (X/TikTok experience is a plus) * Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored for tech audiences * Proficiency with social media analytics, scheduling, and performance tools (e.g. native dashboards, GA, Hootsuite, Buffer, Notion) * Ability to transform technical product insights into clear, engaging content * Consistent, professional brand tone and attention to detail * Good English level is a must have
Nice to Have * Understanding of GitHub and basic awareness of software development workflows * Familiarity with QA/testing terminology (test cases, CI/CD, BDD, Jira) * Experience managing paid or performance-driven social campaigns * Basic SEO mindset — understanding of keywords, UTM tracking, and content optimization
