About the role
We are looking for a Growth & Go-to-Market Manager to help take two mobile products to the next level of awareness, engagement, and growth. You will be the person who connects the product, audience, and strategy.
Your tasks: * take full responsibility for the go-to-market process for 2+ mobile-first products. * create positioning and messaging that accurately reflects value; * experiment with growth channels: performance marketing, PR, content, community, partnerships; * collaborate with the design and product teams to create a holistic user experience; * analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and build a complete growth funnel (acquisition → activation → monetization → retention); * work directly with the founder: discuss ideas, results, insights; * be a driver of experimentation and growth — from hypothesis to result.
You are the ideal candidate if: * have 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product management (preferably in digital/mobile/SaaS); * understand the principles of go-to-market, user acquisition, product-market fit, and retention; * know how to work with analytics, funnels, metrics, and CRM; * think like an entrepreneur: you see opportunities, not problems; * strengths are initiative, creativity, and consistency; * English — Upper-Intermediate+.
