About OneTablet by Mealco OneTablet helps restaurants manage online delivery orders by connecting Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other platforms into one simple system. We support restaurants daily to make sure everything runs smoothly and orders are fulfilled on time.Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. This role includes both customer support and light sales support tasks. You will assist restaurants with issues on tablets and printers, help resolve order problems, and make sure restaurants feel heard and supported.Work Schedule This is a full-time remote role. Our team provides near 24-hour coverage, with a main focus on day and evening hours in New York (EST) time zone.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support * Handle support tickets and live conversations with restaurants. * Troubleshoot hardware (printers, tablets) and menu/order issues. * Make and receive support calls to resolve issues quickly. * Escalate problems when needed, while staying responsible for follow-through. * Contribute to internal guides and FAQs.
Sales Support * Look up and identify potential leads online (Google Maps, etc.). * Add and organize leads in HubSpot CRM. * Send outreach emails to prospective restaurants. * Occasionally support the sales team with follow-up calls.
What We’re Looking For * Experience in customer support or hospitality (restaurants, hotels, etc.). * Comfortable troubleshooting tablets, printers, and basic connectivity issues. * Strong written and spoken English (Spanish or Mandarin is a plus). * Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced communication. * Warm, supportive communication style (hospitality mindset).
