The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the people who make companies grow.
Key Responsibilities: * Full-Cycle Recruitment. * Utilize advanced tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search, to proactively engage passive candidates. * Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management. * Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for both qualification and cultural fit.
Requirements: * 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. * Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. * Strong proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+) for both written and verbal communication. * Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance). * Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search methods, and ATS. * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
