You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a world-class mobile experience for one of Southeast Asia’s largest resorts and entertainment companies, with a focus on serving its most valued Guests. The mobile app is a business-critical, rapidly evolving product that demands high standards of quality and scalability. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges and directly influence how end-users engage with the company’s services.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer System Analysis, Information Technology, Statistics or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
* At least Intermediate Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency.
* Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
* Proven experience working on mobile, web, or other front-end digital products, with a strong understanding of user experience and interface considerations.
* Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms and performance metrics.
* Proficient in using product development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms to support end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
* In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
* Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its principles, values, and practices.
* Experience of running Scrum activities and ceremonies to guide the team in implementing Scrum effectively and ensure adherence to its processes.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have skills
* Business Analyst professional certification or Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM).
* Experience with Waterfall methodology.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements.
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive business requirements.
* Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
* Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project implementation.
* Conduct UAT with stakeholders and drive for sign off before feature release and make sure the developed features align with business requirements.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, refinements, demos, retrospectives and monthly meetings.
* Perform data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
