We are a product IT company with more than 10 years of experience in creating and scaling our own products.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us make accurate product and business decisions based on data.
If you know how to turn numbers into insights, build clear dashboards, and see real user behavior behind the metrics — this role is for you.
We need an analyst who not only processes data but also influences product strategy, process optimization, and key metric growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain BI dashboards and analytical reports for product, marketing, and operations teams;
* Analyze user funnels, retention, and behavior in B2C dating products using Amplitude and Mixpanel;
* Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate hypotheses and measure impact on product metrics;
* Develop and automate analytical systems and performance metrics (KPI, CR, ARPU, LTV, etc.);
* Build and optimize Data Marts for data storage and processing;
* Perform causal analysis and identify correlations between user behavior and product performance;
* Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to drive data-based decision-making;
* Promote a data-driven culture within the company.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst;
* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and automation;
* Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development;
* Solid knowledge of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data modeling;
* Understanding of key product metrics and analytical principles in B2C products;
* Experience developing analytical systems, metrics, and automated reports;
* Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel;
* Strong ability to structure tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
* Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Working conditions:
* Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
* Salary per month — from $3500 gross
* 2 weeks paid holiday per year
* Paid sick days
* Additional paid days off on major Slavic holidays
* Opportunity to attend professional courses at company expense
* Working week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Israel time.
