We are a product IT company with more than 10 years of experience in creating and scaling our own products.
We are looking for a Facebook Ads Guru — a professional who can strategically manage traffic acquisition, build effective marketing funnels, and make data-driven decisions based on unit economics.
We need someone capable of scaling profitable campaigns, finding growth points in Meta Ads, and staying ahead of every platform change and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies through Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram);
* Structure, scale, and optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, CAC;
* Test hypotheses, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and profitability;
* Segment audiences, manage funnels, and adapt strategies for different GEOs;
* Set up and maintain attribution, events, and tracking in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM;
* Analyze data and prepare reports and actionable insights for marketing and product teams;
* Utilize automation, rules, scripts, and API integrations to increase efficiency;
* Continuously monitor trends and implement new optimization, targeting, and creative approaches to stay at the forefront of performance marketing.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) in performance marketing;
* Proven experience scaling profitable campaigns and optimizing for ROI;
* Deep understanding of the relationship between creatives, audiences, and products;
* Up-to-date knowledge of Meta Ads innovations, policies, and algorithm updates;
* Proficiency with analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio / Power BI;
* Strong knowledge of unit economics and funnel optimization principles;
* Hands-on experience with A/B testing, automation, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models;
* Ability to independently research, test, and implement new performance marketing solutions;
* English level — Upper-Intermediate+;
* Independence, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on measurable results.
Working conditions:
* Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
* Salary: from $5000 to $7000 gross + revshare
* 2 weeks paid holiday per year
* Paid sick days
* Additional paid days off on major Slavic holidays
* Opportunity to attend professional courses at company expense
* Working week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Israel time.
