With a current team of over 100 employees and continued expansion, we are strengthening our HR function and looking for an experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in building efficient HR processes and supporting the company’s further growth.
Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain HR processes and documentation (policies, procedures, job descriptions, regulations). * Manage the onboarding and offboarding cycle (documentation, access management, welcome procedures). * Administer and maintain HR systems (HRM / HRIS) and employee databases. * Control and organize access to corporate tools and resources. * Support day-to-day HR operations: employee records, internal reporting, organizational charts, communications, and recognition activities. * Assist managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and provide operational support. * Collaborate with recruiters and management to ensure smooth alignment of HR and recruitment processes.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist). * Solid understanding of core HR processes — onboarding, offboarding, document management, HR systems. * Hands-on experience with HRM/HRIS platforms (strong advantage). * Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to maintain structure in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and proactive approach. * Ability to build and optimize processes from scratch for a scaling organization (100+ employees).
