About the Project The project is an information system designed to support document management and related services for automotive dealership centers.
This system covers up to 80% of the dealership market in California. The range of services provided significantly exceeds those offered by competitors. It includes numerous integrations with various government and private services that facilitate registration, tracking, and access to necessary information. The system also offers extensive integration capabilities with our own services.
The supported product consists of two main components: * Portal — the web interface used by dealership centers. * Backend — everything related to support services, auditing, accounting, and management.
Key backend products include: * Billing — supports accounting and client interactions. * Backoffice — the main application for auditing and support teams. * Shipping — an application for handling license plate and registration shipments.

Requirements * At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer; * Understanding of client-server application principles and experience testing such systems; * Knowledge of SOAP and REST API testing (Postman, SOAP UI); * Hands-on experience with Chrome console testing; * Proficiency in SQL; * Strong skills in Jira and Confluence; * Ability to apply test design techniques to validate complex business logic; * English level: B1+ (Intermediate+).
Responsibilities * Perform web and API testing (web is the priority); * Create and update test documentation; * Conduct functional, regression, and business logic testing; * Analyze business requirements and collaborate closely with business analysts and managers from the U.S.; * Identify and document bugs, and prepare high-quality defect reports; * Discuss issues and solutions, actively participate in team collaboration; * Explore and implement new technologies and tools in testing; * Improve application quality and stability.
