Main areas of work: * Game Development — driving the end-to-end engineering process for innovative, engaging, and mathematically precise games tailored to global markets. * Mechanics & Player Experience — overseeing the creation of core gameplay logic and features that maximize engagement and retention while also leading the development of back office admin panels for game configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency. * Data-Driven Game Design — implementing analytics and big data solutions to measure player behavior, guide feature development, and improve monetization strategies. * Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in a similar sourcing or talent research role. * Proven experience sourcing technical candidates across various levels and domains. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates. * Proficiency in leveraging multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.). * Solid data analysis skills to identify trends, evaluate sourcing performance, and suggest improvements. * Proactive and self-driven, with a creative mindset for finding and engaging top talent. * Highly adaptable and able to adjust strategies quickly in a dynamic environment. * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Key Responsibilities: * Source and engage top technical talent through various channels and platforms. * Communicate effectively with candidates to build relationships, maintain engagement, and represent the company’s brand professionally. * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. * Apply a data-driven approach to track, analyze, and improve sourcing effectiveness. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. * Research and implement new sourcing tools, methods, and automation strategies to increase efficiency. * Contribute to optimizing the overall candidate experience and internal sourcing processes.
