The new teammate will work on migration of the existing monolithic application to services as well as developing new features leveraging the best practices and established guidelines for software development.About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will build and maintain current high-quality of Power BI reports, deliver deep product performance analysis (usage, funnels, retention, behavior) and build company-wide KPIs. You’ll connect product performance analysis with marketing and revenue data, standardize metric definitions, and publish trusted analytics snapshots that leadership and teams can rely on. What You’ll Do * Design and maintain Power BI dashboards (executive scorecards, finance reports, product usage, funnel/retention, cohort views); ensure performance and data freshness. * Product analytics & attribution: Analyze feature adoption, activation, engagement, and retention using Google Analytics (or similar) + product event data; connect to growth and revenue outcomes. * Build company KPIs: collaborate with the team to define, document, and maintain a single source of truth for company-wide and departmental KPIs (Product, Growth, Sales, CS). * Funnels & experiments: Build/maintain conversion funnels and cohorts; partner with Product to design A/B tests, define success metrics, and analyze them over time. * Analytics snapshots: Establish scheduled snapshots (daily/weekly/monthly) for key facts (e.g., active users, adoption, click rates) to support stable trending and reproducible reporting. * Data quality & governance: Define metric logic, implement validation checks, and document lineage to keep numbers consistent across the org. * Partner with teams: Translate questions from Product, Marketing, and Growth into clear analyses and recommendations; enable self-serve insights where appropriate. * Ad hoc analysis: Investigate anomalies, identify drivers, and present concise, actionable narratives to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications * 1+ years in data analysis/BI, preferably in product-led or SaaS environments. * Strong SQL (PostgreSQL and BigQuery) and comfort working across multiple sources. * Hands-on Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX measures, report performance tuning). * Proficiency with Google Analytics / GA4 (or similar tools such as Mixpanel/Amplitude), events/logs management, and attribution concepts. * Solid grasp of product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, cohort analysis), funnel analysis, and recommendation framing. * Working knowledge of statistics (sampling, significance testing, confidence intervals) and practical application to A/B testing. * Ability to structure complex data, reconcile definitions across teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have * Prior SaaS / B2B product analytics experience. * Experience with various web-analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Tag Manager or others. * Exposure to data warehousing (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks). * Hands-on A/B test tooling and guardrails (power analysis, sequential testing considerations). * Basic understanding of privacy/compliance implications (GDPR/CCPA) for product analytics.
