As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at attracting and converting inbound leads. Your focus will be on optimizing marketing channels, producing professional content and materials, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT outsourcing, software development, or tech services. * Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, inbound traffic acquisition, and digital marketing tools. * Advanced English level and excellent communication skills. * Hands-on experience with SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, and marketing automation tools. * Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work between sales, design, and leadership teams. * Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
Responsibilities: * Develop and execute inbound strategies to generate qualified leads through SEO, content marketing, and paid campaigns. * Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with ICPs and campaign goals. * Set up, monitor, and optimize inbound channels (LinkedIn, website, blog, etc.). * Prepare professional marketing materials — including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and sales decks. * Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals. * Collect and publish client testimonials and reviews (Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.). * Maintain and regularly update website content and company pages. * Partner with the sales team to support outbound campaigns with visuals, landing pages, and messaging. * Create social media content tailored to GSS’s services (Outstaffing, Outsourcing, AI, etc.). * Track campaign performance, website traffic, and inbound metrics. * Deliver monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations. * Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and design to increase conversion rates.
