We are looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our Mobile&Web Apps team and help turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to analyze trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about solving problems through data.
Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and validate marketing and product performance data from various sources (analytics, campaigns, financial reports). * Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key KPIs — CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, ROI. * Calculate and interpret metrics such as churn, payback period, and funnel efficiency to guide data-driven decisions. * Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and product positioning. * Support A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth experiments through data analysis. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define analytics needs and ensure data accessibility. * Conduct trend and predictive analyses to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
Requirements * Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven work as a Marketing/Product/Data Analyst in B2C web or mobile apps. * Expertise in marketing analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance tracking. * Proficiency with Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Strong SQL and Excel (or equivalent) skills. * Hands-on experience with funnel analysis and optimization experiments. * Understanding of data pipelines and ETL for multi-source datasets. * Able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams. * Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
