Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Designer who can turn ideas into solutions that boost employee engagement and job satisfaction. You will work closely with founders, investors, and the engineering team to shape and refine the product from feature concept to launch. Responsibilities * Lead the full design process: research, concept creation, prototyping, visual design, and iteration. * Search for the best design solutions that not only achieve business goals but also deliver a captivating user experience. * Create hypotheses and design high-quality interfaces for a global client base. * Develop visuals and animations that align with user needs and business objectives. * Set up and conduct user research to inform design decisions. * Present your solutions to stakeholders and justify your design choices. * Collaborate with startup founders to bring the vision to life in the product. * Support the development team during the implementation to ensure design accuracy. * Support Esteeme’s marketing and sales teams with visual assets to attract new clients. * Initiate and drive platform updates and improvements, overseeing the execution of your ideas. * Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent, high-quality experiences.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar. * Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design, beyond visuals alone. * Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. * Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility. * Open-to-criticism mindset and willingness to continuously improve results. * Passionate approach to your work and persistence in achieving excellence. * Strong communication skills to work effectively with founders, investors, and developers. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Haves * Experience designing for SaaS, HR/employee engagement platforms, games, entertainment, or retail platforms. * Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
