About the Role As a Senior RPA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving automation and process optimization across fintech operations that power iCapital’s investment platform. You’ll analyze, design, and implement end-to-end RPA workflows using tools like UiPath to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
This role blends technical expertise with strategic problem-solving — automating critical processes such as payment reconciliation, KYC/AML verification, and transaction monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into complex financial systems, ensuring precision, compliance, and measurable business impact.

Role Responsibilities: * Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable ROI. * Design and implement end-to-end RPA workflows using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. * Develop reusable automation components and libraries following modular and scalable design principles. * Integrate bots with APIs, databases, ERP/CRM systems, and legacy financial systems.
Role Requirements: * 4+ years of using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (UiPath preferred) * Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python for custom activities and script automation. * Experience integrating APIs and web services (REST/SOAP). * Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and storage automation. * Strong communication skills with English B2+ for direct cooperation with the client * Project starter mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership in a changing environment.
Nice to have: * Experience in fintech domain * Knowledge of process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power BI). * Experience with citizen development frameworks and low-code platforms. * Exposure to fintech process automation
