Our goal is to establish our own in-house media buying team within the iGaming vertical and strengthen it through the development of unique internal automation systems. Role You will lead the media buying team and be responsible for planning, optimising, and scaling advertising campaigns. Your mission is to independently manage high-ROI buying operations while building your own team and establishing the entire media buying process from the ground up. Key Responsibilities * Independent personal media buying. * Managing the media buying team: setting goals, monitoring KPIs, conducting interviews, and providing training. * Strategic media planning: selecting and testing traffic sources, and developing buying strategies. * Campaign optimisation: budget control, real-time analytics, and scaling successful campaigns. * Participation in the development and implementation of automation tools.
Requirements * 3+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage or media buying (Facebook, Google Ads, Google SEO, PPC, In-App). * Proven personal ROI of 70% or higher. * Strong understanding of potential optimisation and automation points within workflow processes.
Nice to Have * Experience with AI-based creative generation tools. * Experience working with media buying automation systems. * Proven experience in team management and process building. * Experience managing personal budgets of $50K or more. * English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and participating in calls.
