Website | Company Page What You’ll Do * Design, develop, and deploy on-chain programs on Solana using Rust and Anchor. * Integrate backend logic (Node.js / TypeScript) with blockchain systems and front-end applications. * Architect and optimize scalable, secure APIs and off-chain services for Web3 products. * Contribute to DeFi, NFT, and GameFi protocols from concept to mainnet. * Review code, test rigorously, and ensure top-tier security and performance. * Participate in architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and technical brainstorming with a passionate remote team.
You’re a Great Fit If You * Are obsessed with crypto — you use DeFi protocols, track data on Dune/DefiLlama, or have contributed to DAOs, projects, or your own experiments. * Have familiarity with crypto metrics and data sources — you understand liquidity, volume, TVL, and tokenomics beyond the buzzwords. * Love to learn, move fast, and ship things that matter in real markets.
Core Requirements * 2+ years of hands-on experience in Rust and Solana program development (Anchor, SPL Tokens, PDAs, CPI). * Strong understanding of smart contract design, blockchain fundamentals, and Web3 integrations. * Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js) and RESTful API architecture. * Solid experience with TypeScript / JavaScript and asynchronous programming. * Familiarity with EVM and L2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, zk-rollups). * Practical experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or SQLite. * Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have * Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and on-chain data analytics. * Experience with smart contract security audits (Mythril, Slither, Oyente). * Understanding of cross-chain architectures, LayerZero, and bridging mechanics. * Exposure to testing frameworks (Mocha/Chai, Jest, Foundry). * Experience designing or optimizing indexing systems and data extraction pipelines. * Familiarity with financial systems, yield strategies, or tokenized assets.
