The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.
You will lead efforts to optimize monetization strategies, enhance revenue generation, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, user research, and engineering, to implement impactful features that increase both user engagement and revenue.
From you:
● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on monetization strategies. ● Proven track record of successfully optimizing and scaling monetization features (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads). ● Strong background in leveraging data analysis to refine monetization models and improve revenue performance. ● Experience in managing A/B testing, pricing strategies, and experimentation to enhance monetization results. ● Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align monetization goals across teams. ● Familiarity with financial metrics and KPIs for evaluating the effectiveness of monetization strategies.
